Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Influencer Studio ("the Service"), operated by us ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

AI Influencer Studio lets you describe a fictional persona, generate a synthetic avatar image and talking video of that persona using third-party AI models, add styled captions, and optionally schedule the result for publishing to connected social media accounts. All avatars and videos are AI-generated.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe and are metered in seconds of generated video, as described on our pricing page. You can cancel or change plans at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use — read this carefully

Because this Service generates realistic synthetic media of human faces and voices, you agree that you will not use it to:

• Create an avatar, voice, or video depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's explicit, informed consent — including public figures, celebrities, and private individuals.
• Generate sexual, intimate, or nude content of any real person (consensual or not), or any content depicting minors in any sexualized context.
• Create content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or impersonate someone for the purpose of causing harm, including political disinformation or fraudulent endorsements.
• Upload reference images you do not have the legal right to use, or that depict a real person without their consent.
• Generate content that is otherwise illegal, hateful, violent, or that infringes a third party's intellectual property or publicity rights.

When you connect a social account and schedule a post, you are responsible for complying with that platform's own rules, including any AI-content disclosure requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may report unlawful content (such as suspected NCII or CSAM) to appropriate authorities.

5. AI-generated content disclosure

Every avatar image, voice, and video produced by the Service is synthetically generated by third-party AI models (currently including models hosted via fal.ai). We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of generated output for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, and for disclosing its synthetic nature wherever required by law or by the platform you publish to.

6. Your content & our license

You retain ownership of the scripts you write and, subject to your compliance with these Terms, the images and videos generated for you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI and hosting providers and, at your direction, to social platforms you connect).

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including fal.ai (AI generation), Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payments), and, if you connect them, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (publishing). Your use of those platforms through our Service is also subject to their own terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, including the acceptable-use policy above. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including claims arising from content you generate or publish.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
