This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Influencer Studio ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password (or OAuth identity if you sign in with Google), and your subscription plan.
• Content you provide: influencer descriptions, reference images you upload, video scripts, and titles.
• Generated content: the avatar images, audio, video, and captions produced on your behalf, and usage metadata (seconds generated, timestamps, status).
• Billing data: handled by Stripe — we store your plan and a Stripe customer reference, not your card details.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube for scheduling, we store what's necessary to publish on your behalf (platform, scheduled time, caption).

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: generate your avatars and videos (by sending your descriptions, reference images, and scripts to our AI provider), process payments, publish scheduled posts to platforms you connect, provide customer support, and improve reliability and safety.

3. Who we share it with

We use the following subprocessors to run the Service:

• fal.ai — receives your prompts, reference images, and scripts to generate avatars, voice, video, and captions.
• Supabase — hosts our authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — processes payments and stores your payment method.
• Vercel — hosts the application and its serverless functions.
• Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube — only if and when you connect an account, to publish content you schedule.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual influencers and videos from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us at the email below.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including row-level security on our database so users can only access their own data, and encrypted connections throughout. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.
